Ge\u00e7erli ve do\u011fru \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcmler olmaks\u0131z\u0131n s\u00fcrecin mevcut performans\u0131n\u0131 ve yap\u0131lan iyile\u015ftirmelerin sonu\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 belirlemek m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fildir. Bu a\u015famada; veri t\u00fcrleri belirlenir, veri toplan\u0131r, \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm sisteminin do\u011frulu\u011fu, \u00d6l\u00e7\u00fcm Sistem Analizi (MSA) ile test edilir, proses yeterlili\u011fi ve sigma seviyesi hesaplan\u0131r.\nANAL\u0130Z: Analiz a\u015famas\u0131 \u00fcr\u00fcn\/s\u00fcre\u00e7 say\u0131sal de\u011ferlerin analizi ve k\u0131yaslanmas\u0131yla ilgilidir. \u00dcr\u00fcn\/s\u00fcre\u00e7 performans\u0131n\u0131n analizinde temel kalite kontrol ara\u00e7lar\u0131 ve \u00e7e\u015fitli istatistiksel teknikler kullan\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Bu ara\u00e7lardan baz\u0131lar\u0131: K\u00f6k neden analizi, hipotez testleri, sebep sonu\u00e7 diyagram\u0131 ve 5 Neden analizidir.\n\u0130Y\u0130LE\u015eT\u0130RME: Analiz a\u015famas\u0131nda belirlenen problemlerin \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fc ama\u00e7lanmaktad\u0131r.
